At Sinclair’s City Hostel, we place a priority on affordability, access and cleanliness. Our check-in times are from 2.00pm to 9.30pm daily and check out is at 9.30am.

Guests requiring an early check in
Please contact our reservation staff, if you require an early arrival. If your room is available, we will be only too happy to have it available for you sooner (fees may apply).
Guests requiring a late check in
We ask that guest ensure that they conclude their business between our office hours (8.00am to 9.30pm) daily. Sinclair’s Staff are not available outside of these times. If you are unable to arrive before 9.30pm, please ensure that you have called our reservation staff to arrange for instructions and a security key to be put in our night key safe for you.
Key Deposit
We charge $150.00 for the loss of our room key and this is our security deposit bond at the time of check-in. Sinclair’s staff are not available if you lose your key outside of our advertised office hours (8.00am to 9.30pm). Sinclair’s Accommodation Group Pty Ltd will not refund guests that have not managed to conclude the booking arrangements within our office hours (8.00am to 9.30pm).
